My style of yoga is slow and spacious, shapes that invite the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to quiet. I love to work hands-on, offering Reiki during sessions whenever possible, so you’re receiving energetic support as you move and rest.

I often teach Restore + Reiki classes for small groups in studios and spaces with props. These small, intimate sessions allow for deeper connection and mini energetic tune-ups.
